Open the game, go to the shop's Store tab and tap Restore Purchases. Items such as No Ads come back. Gold packs are delivered the moment the purchase completes; if you were charged and did not get gold, email us with your Apple receipt.
Apple handles refunds: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Ads are optional and only shown when you tap a "watch ad" button. To remove them for good, buy No Ads in the Store tab. To change your ad privacy choices, use Ad privacy choices in the Store tab (where offered) or iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the game or "New Game" clears it; purchases such as No Ads are kept with your Apple ID and restored with Restore Purchases.
